I am the owner of unit 7 at Villa Sacbe.

From the very beginning of this project Jack and his sales team have done everything possible to make me feel comfortable. Before I gave him the deposit my lawyer in Mexico checked all the details to the title of the land. Everything was in proper order. After the 50% deposit the project started. His attention to detail was impeccable. He also changed things for the better at no charge to us.

I must say it has been the best experience pre-buying even when comparing U.S. real estate sales. The condo and project turned out more beautiful than I ever thought possible. Also my title was prepared so quickly and handed to me by my lawyer. No fooling around at Jack's end.

As there are many new condo projects in Playa, I would only buy my next condo as an investment from Jack Perlman because of my first hand experience with him on Villa Sacbe project, his honesty and getting the job done.
