DOORS AND WINDOWS:
1. All doors and windows include corresponding hardware and locks as specified in architectural plans
2. All EXTERIOR doors and windows throughout the entire unit are fabricated from aluminum with simulated mahogany vinyl coating with insulated weathervane protection
3. All doors and windows have panels of 6 mm glass to add extra sound insulation

CLOSETS:
1. Closet doors (where indicated on the architectural plans) are deep brown wood and vented. They can be sliding or folding according to size of closet and interior space.
2. Interior of closets include clothes rod and shelving (fabricated from hard wood to match rest of woodwork).
The following items are included in sales-price:
(HVAC, electrical, hydraulic, TV and telephone):
1. Central Air-conditioning unit type fan & coil with ducts. Two separate zones in all 2 and 3 bedroom units are provided.
2. All cable and Internet ready wiring will be installed in a designated communication outlet box in each unit and wired to each designated T.V location. Wireless Internet service throughout the unit will be available.
3. All electrical outlets as specified in the final diagram (to be approved by the client).
4. Individual hot water heaters installed in each unit.
5. Individually dedicated electrical panel with dedicated meters for each unit.

FLOOR DETAILS:
INTERIOR FLOORING MATERIAL:
· Choice of polished Native Tikul stone (burnt rust color) or Macedonia (beige color) throughout entire interior space including the interiors of all closets. Choice of colors in bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathrooms.
· Includes matching floor trims (baseboards) throughout.
EXTERIOR FLOORING MATERIAL:
All private terraces on the first, second and third floors will be native stone. All roof top terraces will be native Mexican natural clay stone
Interior ceilings and walls:
All walls and ceilings are Mediterranean sanded plaster throughout.

CEILING FANS:
Superior quality major brand appropriately placed in each room. All ceiling fans include wall control.
INTERIOR LIGHTING:
Par 30 ceiling lights with choice of brushed aluminum trim. Separate electrical floor plans will be included for final sign off by the client. Includes one dimmer switch per bedroom and living room
EXTERIOR LIGHTING:
All lighting on terraces includes ceiling fixture and wall sconces. Decorative detail lighting on columns and staircases in the common areas is included
INTERIOR CEILINGS AND WALLS
All walls include Mediterranean sanded plaster with integrated beige sand coloring throughout
OPTIONAL WALL DETAILS: Decorative Conchela fossil stone $90. per sq. meter
· Mayan design natural cut limestone $110. per sq. meter
UNDERGROUND GARAGE: Designated as common space, garage facilities include:

WATER SOFTENING SYSTEM:
A special water softening system is installed throughout the entire complex in order to better protect all fixtures and plumbing inside each unit.
